Order Processing Time
Once you place your order, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons, processing times may slightly increase, but we will keep you informed of any delays.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to cater to your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: £12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50, delivered via EMS with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges policy. Please read the following information carefully:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- In its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
- Candles & Home Fragrance: Due to hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned once opened or used.
- Personalized or Custom-Made Items: These are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Attach the RMA number to the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Receive Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account. For credit card payments, the refund will be credited to your card.
