However, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges policy. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also have the original receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Opened or used products (e.g., candles, home fragrance items)

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Attach the RMA number to the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  5. Receive Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account. For credit card payments, the refund will be credited to your card.

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our website menu and product offerings, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Candles & Home Fragrance: Due to the nature of these products, once opened or used, they cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Personalized Items: Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
